Distilleria Berta was founded in the post-war period around 1947. It is located in Nice Monferrato, in the pulsating heart of the Piedmont hills, where the rural traditions of the Langhe and Monferrato meet. The Distilleria is a modern, rational and yet warm family business. Gianfranco Berta is responsible for distillation, while Enrico Berta is in charge of sales. Distilleria Berta's products can now be found in the big Italian restaurants from Paris to Munich, from Tokyo to Zurich. Paolo Berta watches over the company with great restraint and fifty years of experience. Two virtues from his early days have been preserved until today: The craftsmanship and the dedication of the family. In addition, the company has grown, refined and today belongs to the avant-garde of grappa distilleries.
