Complete description
Vintage Description:
A pale yellow gold Color with yellow pale green hints. Fine bubbles which feed vigorously a delicate string of bubbles. The nose reveals straight away a chalky limestone terrain, accompanied by a flavor of honeysuckle and smells of biscuit, lime tree flowers, crystallized lime, and kiwi. The agitation provides it with notes of chlorophyll, blackcurrant bud, hazelnut, pistachio, with the leading minerality of chalk and iodine. *The olfactory sensation is fresh and mature. The attack in mouth is smooth and fresh with a creamy effervescence. The wine develops in the palate on a density of crystallized fruits, star anise and acacia honey. The balance is held through the chalky minerality which gives smoothness to the whole. *The fine acidity on the crystallized lemon extends the pleasure towards a delicate and soft final.wine:
