Hacienda Grimon

After many years of working and gaining experience for other renowned bodegas in Rioja, Francisco Oliván decided to realize his own project in 1999. The bodega processes only grapes from its own 38 hectares of vineyards with a majority of bush vines. They deliberately do not use pesticides or the like fertilized exclusively with sheep manure. The winery is advised by the team of oenologists Mas que Vinos (Bodega Ercavio), who have been traveling for a long time in different wine-growing areas of Spain and have a lot of experience, but also in other countries such as France, Italy, Germany, South Africa and Australia.
