Founded by Loris Bonotto, whose family boasts a winemaking tradition going back centuries, Le Contesse today combines artisanal expertise with modern quality standards. Their passion for sparkling wine is evident in every detail – from the careful hand-harvesting of Glera grapes to the gentle vinification in stainless steel tanks. The winery is especially proud of its elegant Prosecchi, which delight with their fine perlage, floral freshness, and harmonious fruitiness. The vineyards are increasingly cultivated according to organic principles – without synthetic chemicals, with respect for natural cycles, and with great care for soil and the environment.
