In 2003, we started cooperation with Mr. ORAIN designer in Paris to create a more modern and attractive label for Château LAMOTHE-CISSAC Cuvée Vieilles Vignes. Doing so we wanted to have a labelling more in keeping with the style of our wines: Modern Haut-Médoc wines with a ripe fruit, a rich structure and supple tannins. This new label aims at representing a new style of Bordeaux wines more in accordance with the evolution of the wine lover taste.

      Vintage Description:

The vintages of Château LAMOTHECISSAC Vieilles Vignes exhibit a deep purple red colour in the first years. Outstanding aromatic complexity with good integration of fruit and new oak. Large spectrum of aromas: clove, spices and mild tobacco. Generous and elegant wine with long cellaring potential. It will improve with medium-term cellaring. (Domaine Fabre)
