Complete description
Vintage Description:
This Champagne reveals a light gold green and yellow color, with golden green yellow tints. It is enhanced by fine and vivid bubbles providing for a delicate neck. The first nose conjures up smells reminding of linden, chalk, lime, biscuit, yellow peach. - When opened it evolves towards notes of Mirabelle plum, pear, peppermint, cherry, bergamot, lemon tea or Verbena infusions. - After a while, it gets richer with smells of red apple, fresh blackcurrant, roasted hazelnut, apricot, iodine. - A complex, opulent nose. The approach in the palate is soft and fresh with a creamy effervescence. - This mellow wine develops into a density of fleshy fruit, sustained by some fresh acidity reminding of pink grapefruit. - The middle mouth is marked by the greedy touches of a fruit basket, in harmony with chalky minerality giving it delicateness and purity. - The elegant final takes over the fruity symphony, with some length and a saline touch.wine:
