The Heidsick's NV Rosé Réserve exhibiting considerable complexity, it wafts from the glass with scents of orange rind, red plums, gingerbread and red berries. Each of the base wines is vinified individually - cru by cru, varietal by varietal - in stainless steel vats. Rosé Champagne is the only wine that is officially allowed to be assembled with a finished young wine. In addition to the 20% reserve wines (Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, aged 5-15 years), 6% Pinot Noir young wine from the Aube of the vineyard "Les Riceys" is added to the final blend.Önologe:
