    vineyard:

This designation refers to our Grüner Veltliner Smaragd®, whose fruit is sourced from several mountainous terraces. Small parcels from Kellerberg, Loibenberg, Mühlpoint and Steinertal stamp their personalities on to this vineyard blend, which is very spicy with a slightly mineral edge.

    Ernte:

Multi-pass manual picking of premium-quality, physiologically highly ripe grapes.

    Vinification:

Careful grape processing, traditional upbringing of the wines in large oak casks. Aiming for naturalness and distinctiveness by doing consistently without chaptalization, fining and concentration.
